Order Processing Time

All orders are prepared and dispatched within 1-2 business days after purchase.

Orders placed on weekends or Australian public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods
We primarily use Australia Post for all domestic and international deliveries. For international customers, alternative shipping providers may be used upon request. Available shipping options include:

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order. The more journal pages or items included, the heavier the parcel and the higher the shipping cost.

You may also opt for Signature on Delivery or Insurance at checkout for added security.
Subscription Orders

Subscription packages are shipped on the 2nd of each month via regular mail (Australia-wide only).

A flat shipping rate of AUD 15 applies per subscription order.
Tracking and Liability

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.

While we assist in tracking and tracing parcels if issues arise, we are not liable for missing parcels once they are in the hands of the carrier.

For extra security, customers can purchase Signature on Delivery or Insurance during checkout.
Delivery Address and PO Boxes

We ship to residential addresses, business addresses, and PO Boxes.

Please ensure your delivery information is correct at checkout, as we are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses.

Lost or Undelivered Parcels

If a parcel is marked as Delivered but you claim it has not arrived, we could assist if possible by:

If a parcel cannot be located after thorough investigation, further actions may be considered at our discretion. Please note that we handle these situations case-by-case.
