The things people ask us most, gathered in one place. If yours is not here, send it over.
Contact usI have never journaled before. Is this for me?
Especially for you. Every page is already laid out, so there is no blank page to fill and no system to learn. Short prompts, plenty of white space, and no rigid schedule. Start with one page and let that be the whole pace.
Are these made for ADHD or anxious brains?
Yes. That is who they were designed for. Each page keeps the decisions small: guided prompts instead of empty boxes, soft repetition rather than streaks to break, and room to skip a day without the whole layout falling apart. Merilyn built the first one because she needed it herself.
Can I buy a single page on its own?
Yes. Every page is sold individually, so you can build a planner from only the pages you will actually use, and add more whenever you need them.
What is the difference between a bundle and building my own?
A bundle is a ready-made set for one purpose, already chosen and priced together. Building your own means picking a cover, then your pages, then any stationery, so nothing in it is a page you will skip. A bundle costs less than gathering the same pieces one at a time.
What size are the pages?
A5, 14.8 x 21 cm.
Will the pages fit my binder?
They come pre-punched for six-ring A5 binders, so they clip straight in, and they suit Filofax, Kikki.K and Kmart A5 binders. Ring spacing is not identical across every brand on the market, so if yours is an unusual one it is worth measuring before you order.
What paper are they printed on?
Premium 300gsm warm white cardstock, heavy enough that markers and gel pens will not bleed through to the next page.
How does the refillable cover work?
The cover is a six-ring binder with a simple ring mechanism, so you can add, remove and rearrange pages whenever you like. You buy the cover once, then refill only the pages you need.
What are the covers made of?
The pastel, holographic and sparkling covers are PU leather. The holographic and sparkling ones have a coated outer that is water resistant and wipes clean. The vintage cover is PU leather with a lace fabric outer. All four are A5 six-ring binders with a magnetic closure, two pen loops, five card slots and full length inside pockets.
Can I personalise my cover?
Yes. You can add a name, quote or mantra in long lasting cut vinyl, and choose the font, the placement and the vinyl colour on the product page. Personalised covers are made to order, so they cannot be returned unless something has gone wrong with them.
Do you sell digital printable pages?
Yes. A selection of pages is available as a digital download, which is the quickest and cheapest way to try a layout before committing to a printed pack. Nothing is posted, so there is no wait and no postage to pay.
How do I get my files after buying?
Your download link appears straight after checkout and in your email receipt.
Can I print a digital page more than once?
Yes. One purchase covers unlimited printing for your own personal use, so you can reprint a page whenever you need a fresh one.
What do I need to print a page at home?
Any home printer and A5 or A4 paper. For the sturdiest result print on cardstock, or ask a local print shop to run it on 300gsm.
How long before my order is sent?
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 2 to 3 business days. Anything ordered on a weekend or an Australian public holiday is processed the next business day. Once it is on its way you will get a tracking number by email.
How much is postage, and is there free shipping?
Postage is worked out on the weight of your order, so a few pages cost less to send than a full set. Shipping is free on Australian orders over $80. We send with Australia Post, and express is available at checkout. The detail is in our shipping policy.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International orders usually take 2 to 3 weeks, depending on the method you choose at checkout.
What if something is not right?
Email create@mindfulplanners.com.au with your order number and we will sort it out. Australian returns need to be started within 14 days of delivery and international returns within 30 days, with the item unused and in its original packaging. Digital downloads, personalised items and sale items cannot be returned. The full detail is in our returns and refunds policy.
