Returns and Refunds Policy

Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Australian Customers: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

  • International Customers: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

The returned item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as when it arrived.

  • Include all original packaging and accessories.

  • Have no visible signs of use, wear, or damage.

  • Provided with original order number and purchase receipt

Items That Cannot Be Returned

We do not accept returns on the following:

  1. Digital Products: Digital templates, downloads, and printables.

  2. Customised Items: Planners or any custom-made products.

  3. Damaged Goods: Items damaged after delivery.

  4. Personal Care Products: Items like makeup bags, water bottles, or similar products.

  5. Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are non-refundable.

  6. Gift Cards: Gift cards cannot be returned, exchanged, or redeemed for cash or bank transfers.


Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at create@mindfulplanners.com.au with your order details and the reason for your return.

  2. Investigation: Our team will review your case and determine if the return qualifies under our policy.

  3. Return Label: If approved, we will send you a prepaid return label.

  4. Inspection: Once the item is received and inspected:

    • If the return is due to an error on our part, we will process a refund.

    • If the item does not meet return conditions, the refund will be denied.


Refund Details

  • Refunds are processed within 10-14 business days after approval, depending on your payment method.

  • Refunds for Afterpay and other similar payment providers may take longer due to processing times by your bank or payment provider.

  • Important: Items returned without prior email confirmation will not be refunded.


European Union and USA Customers

For orders placed by customers in the EU or USA, the following applies:

  1. EU Orders:

    • You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery under EU consumer protection laws.

    • Return shipping costs for cancellations or changes are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

    • Additional fees (e.g., customs duties or taxes) are non-refundable

General Notes

  • Ensure items are packed securely to prevent damage during transit.

  • Shipping fees for returns (other than those caused by our error) are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Expect delays during high-demand periods or holidays.
